The firm was founded in January of 1980 by Bob Sprinkle, a Vietnam Veteran who earned a Bronze Star Medal for his services in “Ground Operations Against Hostile Forces”. Mr. Sprinkle is retired from the Armed Forces after serving 22 years in both active and reserve components of the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
