Carlos is our Director of Civil
Engineering with more than 30 years of professional experience.
He has accumulated design and management experience in a range
of projects that include environmental engineering, structural
engineering, stormwater design, water supply and distribution,
and sanitary sewer collection systems and treatment facilities.
His depth of knowledge and breadth of experience count him as
one of the most talented civil engineers in Florida. Carlos regularly
manages and designs multiple complex projects to the satisfaction
of his clients. Quality projects, timeliness and budget adherence
are hallmarks of Carlos' projects.
