Architecture
Celia Nichols, a professional
Landscape Architect with more than eighteen years of experience,
directs our Landscape Architectural Division. Her creative
solutions and talent have been recognized throughout the Tampa
Bay area as well as on national cable television, on the ever
popular channel HGTV. Her management experience ranges
from community town-planning, large scale regional malls,
multi-acre community developments, university redevelopment
projects, urban plazas, streetscapes, and recreational
facilities, to name a few. This broad experience allows
her to play a key role in most of the projects she is involved
with, from private to public sectors.
Celia is known for her innovative,
yet practical design solutions, and her understanding of the
local environment. She directs and mentors a talented team
of designers in the production of conceptual designs, graphics,
construction documents, and construction administration services
on a variety of levels. Staying current with t he latest
codes and ordinances and construction methodologies, allows her
team to produce designs and plans that are not only easily
permitted, but biddable and very constructible as well.
Noted by her award winning reputation in the profession, at
state and local levels, Celia brings a valued strength to a
project's team.
