Our involvement begins at the
planning phase for most of this work. From the design and
overall layout of community amenity centers, golf courses,
waterfront developments to the specific detailed solutions for
such items as the swimming pool or bicycle/pedestrian trail
alignment. We work with the Client to coordinate the open space
needs for a particular use, provide the site plan design,
grading and drainage, hardscape detailing, and construction
administration services. For some of our projects we provide
development guidelines and cost analysis for renovation and
replacement criteria. |
